Manitoba Woodlands Environmental Management System (EMS) has maintained registration to the internationally recognized ISO 14001 standard since November, 2002.
CSA-SFM
Manitoba Woodlands initiated the CSA-Z809-02 Sustainable Forest Management Plan process in 2003 and has been successfully registered to this standard since October 2004. Currently the Sustainable Forest Management Committee (Manitoba Woodlands public advisory committee) is working with the Company to develop a Sustainable Forest Management Plan that will meet the requirements of the new CSA-Z809-08 standard.
CSA-SFM
Manitoba Woodlands maintains a Chain of Custody program that meet the PEFC standard.
