Slave Lake, AB - Tolko Industries Ltd. announced that it plans to take six weeks of downtime at its Slave Lake oriented strand board mill as result of current market conditions.

The production downtime will begin Thursday, February 8th at 5:00pm with restart scheduled for March 26th.

Tolko Industries Ltd. (Tolko) is a private, Canadian-owned forest products company based in Vernon, British Columbia. Tolko is a major producer and marketer of lumber, veneer, plywood, oriented strand board, and kraft papers, with manufacturing operations across Western Canada.
