Tolko Solidifies Commitment to Northern Alberta

Vernon, BC – On February 27, 2004, Tolko Industries Ltd. and Weyerhaeuser Company finalized the sale of Weyerhaeuser’s Slave Lake, Alberta OSB mill to Tolko. The completion of the sale adds a third OSB mill to Tolko’s list of assets, which also include 5 lumber mills, 1 plywood plant and 1 kraft papers mill.

This latest addition further solidifies Tolko’s commitment to the Northern Alberta economy and the rural communities that support the Company’s activities.
