Long-standing durability and ruggedness are the cornerstones of Tolko Bins. Since our inception in 1957, we have produced over a million bins for the Canadian and U.S. market.

Features:

  • Made from quality Certiwood certified Canadian Plywood Exterior grade plywood
  • Dipped in a latex seal for optimum protection against the elements (bins will not degrade with UV light)
  • Environmentally-friendly wood product
  • 3/4" fir bottoms (30% stronger than CSP), sides 5/8" or 3/4” thick
  • 2" x 4" bolted or nailed lumber skids with non-splitting laminated plywood blocks
  • 4-way entry pallet   (solid skids if requested)
  • 3" x 3" corner posts glued and nailed
  • 4 1/2" top and 7" bottom, galvanized ribbed corner brackets
  • Galvanized tab straps
  • Stenciled with company name and/or logo
  • Replacement parts and hardware available

Dimensions:

  • Standard 3 foot Bin 48" L x 43" W with a 36” inside height
  • Standard 2 foot Bin 48" L x 43" W with a 24” inside height
  • Standard 1 foot bin 48" L x 43" W with a 12" inside height

Core Boxes
Built with high quality one piece exterior plywood and kiln dried SPF lumber 

All our orders are manufactured to individual customer specifications. Our standard delivery time is one week. Large volume orders are scheduled to meet requirements. All construction materials are on site.

 Core boxes and core sample trays are built to withstand the harsh mining environment.
